• Days: Play anytime Monday through Friday.
• Cost: $20 per week (green fee/entry).
• Time Limit: You’ll have 1 hour to complete your round. If you need more time, please reach out to us in advance.
• If you miss a week, you may make it up during another week (additional $20 green fee applies).
• If you're golfing with others in the league, you should book consecutive time slots.
  • For example, if Tom's time slot is from 1:00 to 2:00, the next person should book the 2:00 to 3:00 time slot.
  • If there are four players sharing the bay, each player should book their respective hour: 1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00, 3:00-4:00, and 4:00-5:00.

• A booking link will be emailed every Sunday. Please use it to reserve your slot.

• Upon booking, you’ll receive two emails:
  1. Booking confirmation
  2. Front door code (for access if no staff is present). If you don’t give this, please let us know.

• A new course will be played each week. Course information will be shared in the email and posted in both simulator bays.
• All players will tee off from the white tees.
• Simulator settings will use the default conditions, except for mulligans, which must be turned off

• After completing your round, take a picture of your final scorecard and submit it by Saturday.

• The league format is stroke play.

• At the end of 8 weeks, the top players will compete in a winner-takes-all playoff.
• A prize pool will be awarded at the end of the season.

To ensure the longevity of our equipment and a smooth experience for all:

• • Wash your ball and clubs before use—dirt can transfer to the screen.
  • Do not use balls with sharpie marks.
  • No cleats are allowed.
  • Tees are supplied.
