By accessing or using this website or making a booking through Steeltown Event Park, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

3. Event and Booking Information

Dates, times, attractions, activities, schedules, prices, availability, age restrictions, and other information may be modified, postponed, relocated, or cancelled.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking details and applicable event information before arriving at Steeltown Event Park.
4. Reservations, Bookings, and Payments
Reservations, event bookings, rentals, packages, merchandise, or other products and services may be purchased directly from Steeltown Event Park or through an authorized third-party provider.
All bookings and purchases are subject to:
Availability;
Applicable taxes and fees;
The prices in effect at the time of booking;
These Terms & Conditions;
Any event- or booking-specific requirements; and
Any additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Where payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policies may also apply.
5. Cancellation, Refund, and Booking Credit Policy
Our cancellation policy is based on the amount of time remaining before the scheduled start of your event or booking.
Cancellations Made At Least 72 Hours Before the Event
If you cancel your reservation or booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Refunds will generally be returned to the original method of payment.
Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours of the Event
If you cancel your reservation or booking within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, you will not receive a cash refund.
Instead, you will receive a 100% Steeltown Event Park booking credit for the amount paid.
The credit may be applied toward a future eligible booking at Steeltown Event Park.
Booking Credits Do Not Expire
Credits issued under this cancellation policy do not expire.
There is no time limit for using an eligible booking credit toward a future Steeltown Event Park booking.
Future reservations remain subject to availability and the prices, policies, and booking terms in effect when the new reservation is made. If the new booking costs more than the available credit, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
6. Events Cancelled by Steeltown Event Park
If Steeltown Event Park cancels an event or booking, customers will be informed of the refund, credit, rescheduling, or other options available for that cancellation.
This section is separate from the customer cancellation policy described in Section 5.
7. Admission to Steeltown Event Park
A reservation, booking, or ticket does not guarantee admission if a guest violates venue rules, presents an invalid or fraudulent reservation, creates a safety concern, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable policies.
Guests may be required to:
Present valid identification;
Submit to reasonable security screening;
Comply with applicable age requirements;
Follow instructions from authorized staff and security personnel; and
Comply with venue-specific prohibited-item and conduct policies.
Steeltown Event Park reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse admission or remove individuals whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, unlawful, or materially interferes with other guests’ enjoyment of the venue.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave safely and respectfully while attending Steeltown Event Park.
Prohibited conduct may include:
Fighting, threatening, or harassing behavior;
Disorderly or dangerous conduct;
Unauthorized entry into restricted areas;
Intentional damage to property;
Possession of prohibited items;
Illegal drug activity;
Excessive intoxication;
Interference with employees, vendors, security personnel, or other guests; and
Any activity prohibited by applicable law or posted venue rules.
Additional event-specific rules may apply.
9. Minors
Children and minors must comply with any age restrictions applicable to individual events, activities, or attractions.
Where required, minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors in their care while visiting Steeltown Event Park.
10. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Attendance at events and participation in recreational, entertainment, or other activities may involve ordinary risks associated with crowds, weather, physical activity, sound levels, lighting effects, equipment, attractions, temporary structures, and other venue conditions.
Guests are responsible for considering their own abilities and circumstances before participating in an activity.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Weather and Outdoor Events
Certain Steeltown Event Park events and activities may be affected by weather.
Steeltown Event Park may delay, suspend, modify, relocate, or cancel an event or activity when reasonably necessary due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, operational concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should check event communications and weather conditions before attending.
12. Photography, Video, and Recording
Photography and recording policies may vary depending on the event.
Professional photography, commercial filming, livestreaming, recording equipment, drones, or similar equipment may require prior written permission from Steeltown Event Park.
By attending a public event at Steeltown Event Park, guests acknowledge that photography, video recording, or audio recording may take place.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, attendees may appear incidentally in photographs, videos, or recordings created for security, documentation, news, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Where separate consent or a release is required by law, Steeltown Event Park will obtain it as appropriate.
