OUR Full Swing Safety GUIDELINES

Play with Confidence.

Steeltown features top-tier Full Swing Golf Simulators with over 150 courses and multisport modes — safe, realistic virtual golf for ages 10+ ($50/hour, private seating available).

Violations of safety rules result in staff penalties, up to removal from the simulator or facility.

Safety First – Swing Zone Only

Clubs may only be swung inside the designated simulator bay/hitting area. No swinging clubs outside the bay — high risk of injury or damage.

One Swinger at a Time

Only one player in the hitting area during swings. Others must maintain a safe distance, stay alert, and watch the golfer to avoid accidents.

Check Surroundings Before Swinging

Before any swing, ensure no people, obstacles, or hazards are in your swing path. Balls or clubs exiting at speed can be dangerous.

Proper Attire & Footwear

Wear clean, dry, non-marking shoes. No spikes of any kind (metal or soft) are allowed.

Respect Time Slots & Others

Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in/setup. Stick to your booked time — be efficient with shots. Maintain quiet during others' swings; no loud talking or distractions.

Equipment Care

Players are responsible for simulator equipment. Handle clubs, mats, screens, and tech gently. Report any issues to staff immediately.

No Rough Play or Modifications

No aggressive swinging, club throwing, or tampering with simulator settings/hardware. Follow on-screen instructions for courses/modes.

Supervision for Minors

Ages 10+; children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the bays and facility.

Play Fair & Have Fun

Focus on improvement, friendly competition, or casual play. Keep it positive — excessive frustration or unsafe behavior ends your session.
