Membership Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) outline the rights and obligations associated with becoming a member at Steeltown Event Parks (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern the use of the membership benefits. By purchasing and using a membership, you (“Member” or “you”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility: 

     1.1. Membership is open to any individual aged 4 years and older. Children under the age of 4 may enter Steeltown Event Parks with                 a paying adult but do not require a separate membership. 

     1.2. Membership is non-transferable and is for the exclusive use of the registered Member only.

2. Membership Benefits: 

     2.1. The benefits associated with the membership may include access to Steeltown Event Parks, discounts on tickets and                                 merchandise, exclusive event invitations, and other perks as specified in the membership package. 

     2.2. The specific benefits may vary depending on the type of membership chosen, and we reserve the right to modify or change                         the benefits at any time without prior notice.

3. Membership Fees: 

     3.1. Members are required to pay a membership fee as outlined in the membership package. 

     3.2. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law. 

     3.3. We reserve the right to adjust the membership fees with prior notice, and any changes will apply to future renewals.

4. Membership Term and Renewal: 

     4.1. The membership term is for minimum commitment period of 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in                     the membership package.  

     4.2. Memberships will automatically renew for subsequent 30-day periods after the initial 6-month commitment  unless cancelled                   prior to the renewal date. Members may cancel their membership by email (Steeltownpaintball@gmail.com), or calling                               (412) 443- 9287 at least 4 days before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for partial membership periods.

5. Code of Conduct: 

     5.1. Members are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of Steeltown Event Parks, including but not limited to                                       maintaining respectful behavior towards staff and other visitors. 

     5.2. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend a membership if a Member violates any rules or engages in inappropriate conduct at                 our discretion.

6. Liability and Indemnity: 

     6.1. Members agree to participate in activities at Steeltown Event Parks at their own risk. 

     6.2. Steeltown Event Parks shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings while on the premises.

     6.3. Members agree to indemnify and hold Steeltown Event Parks harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or                   related to their membership and use of our facilities.

7. Communication: 

     7.1. By becoming a Member, you agree to receive communications from Steeltown Event Parks, including promotional materials and               updates related to your membership and events.

By purchasing and using a membership at Steeltown Event Parks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
